Project is dedicated to raising public awareness of the importance of ensuring health privacy in order to improve health care access and quality, both on an individual and a community level. National Institutes of Health, for reviewing the science sections of this report and for her thoughtful comments. The California HealthCare Foundation (CHCF) is an independent philanthropy committed to improving California's health care delivery and financing systems. Our goal is to ensure that all Californians have access to affordable, quality health care. CHCF's work focuses on informing health policy decisions, advancing efficient business practices, improving the quality and efficiency of care delivery, and promoting informed health care and coverage decisions. The iHealth Reports series focuses on emerging technology trends and applications and related policy and regulatory developments.
